REFUND POLICY

At GlitchHaven, we strive to deliver high-quality gaming experiences and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services. 1. Session Bookings Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once (at our discretion) if notified at least 3 hours before the session. No-shows (without prior notice) are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. 2. Membership Plans Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. If a member experiences service disruptions or account issues, we may offer pro-rata credits toward future months — at the sole discretion of our support team. Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time via their account settings or by contacting support. 3. Events & Tournaments Tickets for special events or tournaments are refundable only if: The event is canceled or rescheduled by GlitchHaven You request a cancellation more than 48 hours before the event start time Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 4. Merchandise For GlitchHaven-branded merchandise: Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) Items must be returned in their original condition Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective Customized or used items are non-refundable.
